• Lead the development of a unified, intuitive, and user-centric experience that expands across our evolving product range.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Security teams to identify and implement UX-centered product initiatives from inception to launch and continuous enhancement.
• Deeply understand customer requirements and facilitate discovery sessions, usability assessments, workflow evaluations, and user interviews.
• Simplify intricate technical security concepts into user-friendly product experiences.
• Champion accessibility, usability, scalability, and design uniformity throughout the platform.
• Establish and track KPIs related to product utilization, adoption rates, time-to-value, user engagement, and abandonment rates.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to refine and enhance user experiences.
• Develop and manage product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation.
• Act as the main point of coordination among product, design, and engineering teams.
• Direct the prioritization of the roadmap for UX enhancements, workflow automation, and customer experience improvements.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams throughout Agile/Scrum development cycles.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies by partnering with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Support teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, MDR, XDR, IAM, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, or Vulnerability Management.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design practices.
• Proven experience working closely with UX/UI design teams and engineering departments.
• Capability to convert customer challenges into scalable product solutions.
• Experience in drafting detailed product requirements and overseeing Agile development methodologies.
• Extensive domain knowledge of enterprise security operations, SOC workflows, or cybersecurity platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Product Board, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline.
