📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate data to identify learning requirements and outcomes.

• Create and develop role-specific, product-focused learning pathways across various CaptivateIQ products and user personas.

• Produce high-quality asynchronous learning experiences, which include courses, in-product walkthroughs, scenario-based modules, assessments, and job aids.

• Simplify intricate product functionalities, data flows, and incentive workflows into clear, scalable learning experiences.

• Achieve product expertise by engaging directly with the CaptivateIQ application and its associated workflows across our product suite.

• Take charge of content updates aligned with releases by closely collaborating with Product to add, modify, or retire learning assets as features develop.

• Transform common implementation patterns, UAT scenarios, and troubleshooting themes into structured, repeatable asynchronous education that lessens the volume of Support/PS/CS inquiries.

• Design and sustain core customer learning journeys (e.g., Builder, Maintain, Finance) within our learning platform, ensuring a clear progression from foundational to advanced topics.

• Set and uphold instructional design standards, templates, and patterns to guarantee consistency across learning pathways and products.

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Product, Revenue Operations, and Finance, to determine learning objectives, outcomes, and content sources.

• Assess ROI and learning effectiveness through data and analytics (course engagement, assessments, behavioral, and support signals). Utilize data to continually enhance engagement and outcomes.

• Refine learning technologies (LMS, in-product education, authoring tools) to facilitate scalable distribution, tracking, and reporting.

• Contribute to the long-term education strategy as we broaden our offerings into new products, workflows, and personas.

• As necessary, mentor and coach fellow content developers to enhance instructional design and development capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, learning science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven track record in designing learning for complex, technical, multi-product software environments.

• Demonstrated achievement in creating and managing asynchronous learning programs at scale, preferably for external customer audiences.

• Strong grasp of adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and assessment methodologies.

• Experience in developing role-based or persona-driven learning paths tailored to various user types (e.g., builders, maintainers, finance).

• Proficient with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Captivate, or similar).

• Familiarity with a Learning Management System for distributing training and monitoring engagement, completion, and scoring.

• Capability to independently oversee projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting products and priorities.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for content and journey decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A portfolio showcasing your learning design work (e.g., courses, journeys, assessments, job aids) that illustrates your methods and impact. Your portfolio should include at least one example of skills analysis and learning design, one writing sample in English, and one multimedia example.

• Located in Poland, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team across EMEA and North America time zones. Must be able to work flexibly with a distributed team, including colleagues across different time zones (6-9 hours).
