📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive user research to gain insights into the needs and behaviors of the target audience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups utilizing tools such as Figma.

• Revise and enhance designs based on input from stakeholders and usability tests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.

• A portfolio showcasing design projects that highlight your skills and design process.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools.

• Experience applying UX design best practices to create solutions, with a solid understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

• A thorough understanding of user-centered design (UCD), including planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

• Ability to iterate on designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

• Capability to work effectively in a team environment, synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

• Exceptional visual design skills with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• System Requirements:

• - Minimum 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.

• - A desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM, and an i3 processor for backup.

• - Note: Back-ups should still function during power interruptions.

• - A webcam is required.

• - Noise-canceling USB Headset is necessary.

• - A quiet, dedicated home office is essential.

• - A smartphone is required.
