UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Designing UX/UI solutions for web and mobile products (CRM / SaaS).

• Developing user flows, interface structure, and logic.

• Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final design layouts in Figma.

• Participating in UX research and usability testing.

• Developing and maintaining the design system and a component-based approach.

• Collaborating closely with PMs, BAs, developers, and the product team throughout all stages of development.

• Justifying and presenting design solutions to the team.

• Analyzing and enhancing the user experience of products.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Experience with complex web/mobile products, CRM, or SaaS systems will be a significant advantage.

• A current portfolio showcasing cases that demonstrate UX thinking and the design process.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Understanding of UX processes.

• Experience in creating scalable and user-centered interfaces.

• Knowledge of development processes and interaction with the product team.

• Ability to justify design decisions based on logic, data, and user needs.

• Systematic thinking and attention to detail.
