📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager for Treasury Management is tasked with the research, design, development, and implementation of innovative value-added products.

• Takes a comprehensive approach to payment products throughout the organization.

• Works in collaboration with a diverse team of professionals to ensure seamless integration with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer service.

• Oversees the entire product lifecycle from initial conception to final launch.

• Engages closely with business leaders to comprehend business goals and pinpoint potential product opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in researching, designing, developing, and/or delivering new value-added products within the payments, banking, or FinTech sectors.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing and executing product strategies or sales initiatives.

• Proven experience in gathering and translating customer and business requirements into a viable product roadmap that achieves business outcomes.

• Skilled in creating product documentation, including market research summaries, competitive analyses, product comparisons, business cases, business and product requirements, business and product workflows, and customer journey maps.

• Experience in digital product development with the capability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure successful delivery.
