Senior Product Manager – Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits HNW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• The Senior Product Manager for Treasury Management is accountable for the research, design, development, and delivery of innovative, value-added products.

• Takes a comprehensive view of payment products throughout the organization.

• Works collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, operations, technology, and customer service departments.

• Oversees the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to market launch, facilitating product introduction through development, business justification, and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in researching, designing, developing, and/or delivering new value-added products within the payments, banking, or FinTech sectors.

• More than 5 years of experience in shaping and promoting product strategy or sales.

• Proven experience in gathering and translating customer and business requirements into an actionable product roadmap that has achieved significant business outcomes.

• Skilled in creating product documentation, including market research summaries, competitive assessments, product comparisons, business cases, business and product requirements, business and product workflows, and customer journey maps.

• Familiarity with digital product development, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure successful delivery.
