Senior Product Manager, Sustainability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organized discovery sessions with clients and partners

• Provide well-supported, evidence-based recommendations for the product roadmap

• Keep abreast of the regulatory and standards landscape

• Participate in client discussions as the sustainability subject matter expert

• Represent Iron Mountain at ITAD industry conferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in ITAD, electronics reuse and recycling, or data center lifecycle management

• Proven success in establishing or expanding a sustainability program

• Strong public presence: experience in conference speaking, published works, and podcast appearances

• Proficient in ESG reporting frameworks

• Background in product management, solutions architecture, or structured service development

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
