This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of premier products that cater to one of our membership domains (security, risk, audit, governance, privacy).
• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from assessing market needs to broadening our product offerings across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
• Initiate growth strategies through customer insights, competitive and market analysis, and the establishment of new go-to-market (GTM) channels and strategic partnerships.
• Supervise product expansion, P&L management, and ensure that all product strategies are in line with and support the company's overarching objectives and long-term vision.
• Collaborate across various functions with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, gaps, and opportunities within the domain space.
• Leverage data and insights to inform product decisions, ensuring that offerings satisfy the diverse needs of global customers.
• Act as a product expert during sales calls with customers.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with assigned authorized training partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, or technology.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in a management role overseeing large teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced experience in product management, product development, or product marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience in the delivery and development of services, information, training, web-based, and/or technical or software products.
• Proven track record of managing a product P&L.
• Knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
• Experience in supporting sales enablement initiatives and assisting sales during customer engagements as necessary.
• Master’s degree in business, marketing, product management, education/learning, or a technology-related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product development with 5+ years in management overseeing large teams or cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• Proven history of managing product management on an international scale.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Experience in an agile working environment.
• Background in managing technology-focused B2B and B2C product lines.
• Experience collaborating with direct and channel partners (authorized resellers or delivery partners for training products).
• Understanding of IT security, cybersecurity, IT audit, IT governance, or IT risk management.
