This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for the Polaris platform, converting business, engineering, compliance, and security requirements into prioritized epics, features, and user stories.
• Spearhead CI/CD modernization and secure software delivery initiatives across Azure-based pipelines, promoting DevSecOps best practices such as automated testing, security scanning, artifact validation, and release governance.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of large-scale projects across Engineering, Security, Release Management, and Infrastructure teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing dependencies.
• Define and monitor platform KPIs—deployment frequency, lead time for changes, MTTR, and change failure rate—enhancing developer experience by treating the pipeline as a product.
• Ensure that platform capabilities align with enterprise security, compliance, and software supply chain requirements, maintaining audit readiness in collaboration with Security Engineering.
• Work with SRE and Observability teams to establish SLOs, bolster operational resilience, and ensure deployment reliability.
• Clearly communicate progress, tradeoffs, and strategic recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Over 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within highly technical software environments.
• 3–5+ years of experience specifically leading enterprise CI/CD or platform engineering initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Secure DevOps, cloud-native platform delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Profound understanding of Azure cloud services, DevSecOps practices, and software supply chain security.
• Experience in compliance-driven or high-security environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical proficiency.
