Product Lead / Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the Product Backlog for every phase of the project.

• Craft clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize features and make decisions regarding scope to ensure the successful delivery of a viable MVP.

• Maintain a decision log that documents the trade-offs between "Manual Now vs. Automate Later" to guide product development.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and the Agent Quality/Evals team to define objective quality metrics for AI agent behavior.

• Uphold scope discipline throughout project execution to prevent scope creep.

• Organize working sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and design partners.

• Manage expectations at the executive level and facilitate alignment among Product, Engineering, and business teams.

• Convert Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Design Documents (PDDs) into well-defined user stories that are ready for development.

• Identify dependencies, prioritize tasks, and structure delivery into incremental releases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar capacity delivering enterprise B2B technology solutions.

• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs in Agile settings (Scrum and/or Kanban).

• Proven capability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and technical platform products.

• Familiarity with or practical experience in Artificial Intelligence products, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI agent-based systems.

• Strong skills in prioritization, decision-making, and product management.

• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and aligning executive expectations.

• Proficient in conversational English (B2 level or higher).
