Product Manager – Core Products & Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish and take ownership of your domain's quarterly objectives and success indicators.

• Conduct structured discovery processes: including customer interviews, behavioral assessments, funnel analysis, and data exploration.

• Create engineering-ready specifications that are clear, covering edge cases, and leaving no open questions.

• Collaborate closely with the PM Growth on experiment design and efficient delivery.

• Work together with GTM teams (Sales, CSM, PMM) to address enterprise-critical challenges and convert client requirements into scalable product enhancements.

• Monitor product health and comprehend the factors driving changes, ensuring clear attribution and causal reasoning.

• Leverage AI as a standard tool across research, analysis, specification writing, and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a product area comprehensively — you are accountable for results, not merely tasks.

• Strong track record of delivery: capable of shipping complex features in high-pressure situations without compromising quality.

• Proficient in writing specifications that engineers can utilize — precise, with clearly defined edge cases and acceptance criteria.

• Data fluency: you establish metrics, analyze results, and make evidence-based decisions.

• Systems thinking: you view the product holistically, understand dependencies, and foresee the implications of decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1) and the ability to collaborate within a Russian-speaking team.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may change, and ambiguity is commonplace.
