This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the comprehensive product leader for NBCUniversal’s portfolio of privacy products, steering strategy, roadmap, and implementation across privacy functionalities and platforms.
• Responsible for converting evolving privacy regulations and internal standards into scalable product functionalities and operational frameworks across all business divisions.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, with a significant emphasis on data privacy, trust, or compliance-related products.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complete privacy solutions that guarantee compliance with privacy policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Profound knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, and other relevant data protection laws.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling privacy products, such as Consumer Rights Management (DSAR), Consent Management, and Preference Management solutions.
• Strong technical proficiency, with practical experience in integrating SaaS platforms using APIs, SFTP, and other data exchange methods.
• Established ability to articulate long-term product vision and strategy, convert it into actionable roadmaps, and execute committed plans.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, security, data, operations) and managing intricate, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the capability to influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Extensive expertise in the product development lifecycle, encompassing technical design, data architecture, and analytics.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organization, supporting enterprise-scale products and platforms.
• Practical, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on execution and continuous enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a role demanding strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a privacy-focused, compliance-driven, or regulated product environment.
• Strong capability to translate business and legal requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and foster consensus across teams without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset—capable of dissecting complex problems, assessing scenarios, and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• Experience in Agile product development environments.
• Willingness to support urgent initiatives, including occasional work outside standard business hours.
