Senior Product Manager – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing product success through analysis, planning, and execution during the complete product lifecycle.

• Collect and prioritize market and product requirements.

• Establish product vision and objectives.

• Collaborate with Product Management leadership, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure the successful launch of products while meeting revenue and client satisfaction targets.

• Lead the creation of intricate product features and initiatives.

• Assist in the development and management of externally facing products through partnership opportunities, API marketplace and developer platforms, interoperability and interfaces for external partners, as well as alternative vendor data exchange and aggregation.

• Collaborate in creating go-to-market strategies for partnership opportunities.

• Analyze data to uncover market trends and customer insights.

• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product performance.

• May mentor and support a team of Product Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the health IT vendor sector, with both strategic and tactical experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and customer management strategies.

• Advanced skills in product roadmap planning and prioritization.

• Expertise in customer journey mapping and Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis.

• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Capability to utilize data analytics to inform decision-making.

• Outstanding communication skills for understanding customer needs, articulating vision, drafting complex product requirements, and producing clear market-facing documentation and presentations.

• Ability to cultivate strong working relationships and influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive product success.

• Comprehensive understanding of Agile Product Management and Development methodologies. Classroom Agile/Scrum training or certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with SaaS business models, associated product health metrics, and configuration concepts.

• Experience in defining and/or executing go-to-market strategies and plans.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of API integration development, third-party support, web application frameworks, and database concepts.

• Ability to communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

• Experience collaborating with overseas business analysts and engineering teams.

• Willingness to responsibly explore and adopt AI tools to boost productivity and innovation in your role.
