This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Personnel β outline how Vanta assists customers in maintaining an accurate system of record for personnel data, automating employee lifecycle workflows, and linking personnel data to compliance outcomes across various frameworks.
β’ Identify and capitalize on the agentic AI opportunity β spearhead the exploration and development of AI-driven workflows that proactively engage with personnel data to highlight compliance risks and automate remediation processes.
β’ Conduct thorough customer discovery across all segments β comprehend how customers handle HR data, integrations, and personnel modifications; develop scalable solutions that cater to both startups and enterprises.
β’ Collaborate across EPD and GTM for iterative shipping β work closely with engineering, design, sales, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality features and enhance adoption.
β’ Establish success metrics and make data-driven decisions β define clear KPIs for adoption, customer value, and business impact; utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to inform prioritization.
β’ 6β8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrating a successful history of developing products for a diverse range of customer segments, including enterprise.
β’ Technical proficiency β comfortable with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure; capable of effective collaboration with engineering teams on complex systems architecture decisions.
β’ Proven experience with AI products β you have developed AI-powered products or features and understand how to pinpoint opportunities where AI offers significant differentiation and genuine customer value.
β’ A solid foundation in product management β structured thinking, sharp prioritization skills, and the ability to balance overarching strategy with practical, iterative execution.
β’ Customer-focused discovery abilities β you engage deeply with customers, transform qualitative insights into scalable product solutions, and recognize the distinction between a one-off request and a broader platform opportunity.
β’ Experience in upmarket or enterprise environments β you are familiar with multi-stakeholder purchasing processes, data governance, and the complexities associated with compliance in large organizations.
