Senior Product Manager – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• In the role of Product Manager (m/f/d) within our Payments team, you will be responsible for managing the Booksy Wallet — the primary platform through which every provider oversees their financial transactions.

• You will lead the complete payout process: from balance visibility and reconciliation to the underlying infrastructure for pay-ins, gift cards, discounts, and loyalty programs.

• This position offers a high level of ownership, placing you at the core of Booksy's revenue operations, with your decisions impacting thousands of providers daily.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of a payments product — you have either developed or scaled a pay-in/payout flow, rather than merely contributing to one.

• Practical experience in managing money flow and reconciliation at a product level.

• Understanding of payment infrastructure including KYC, banking ledgers, and compliance checkpoints.

• A proven history of collaborating across functions in a fintech, marketplace, or financial services setting.

• At a minimum, conversational proficiency in English is required.
