Senior Product Manager, Partners & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +13 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the API as a product.

• Lead the strategy to ensure our API matches the capabilities of our consumer white-label ordering platform, providing partners and integrators with the same functionalities as our native experience.

• Guarantee platform reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate with Engineering to define and oversee standards for API performance, security, and uptime.

• Initiate and broaden integrations.

• Become knowledgeable about our competitive landscape.

• Develop the partner ecosystem strategy.

• Make data-driven decisions.

• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams.

• Represent the voice of our integration customers.

• Align efforts with the overall product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of demonstrated experience in product management, particularly in APIs, platform products, integrations, or tools for developers.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS setting, with a solid understanding of B2B or B2B2C platforms.

• Technical proficiency: ability to discuss APIs, webhooks, data flows, and system architecture with engineering teams and make informed trade-off decisions.

• Proven track record of successfully launching integrations or platform features from initial concept to final delivery.

• Familiarity with product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
