Senior Product Manager – Onchain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Kraken Wallet, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.

• Take ownership of the entire wallet experience, encompassing onboarding, asset management, DeFi, payments, and on-chain interactions.

• Create and deliver seamless wallet experiences by simplifying complex on-chain functionalities into user-friendly products.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations to launch impactful features.

• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing wallet adoption, activation, retention, and user engagement.

• Stay informed on wallet, DeFi, stablecoin, and on-chain ecosystem trends to guide product direction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external ecosystem partners to assess integrations and broaden wallet capabilities.

• Establish and manage key product metrics, leveraging data and experimentation for continuous enhancement.

• Contribute to positioning Kraken Wallet as the preferred entry point to the on-chain economy through secure, intuitive, and innovative user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in product management with a proven history of delivering significant consumer-focused products.

• Demonstrated stakeholder management abilities, with experience in balancing competing priorities and achieving consensus in a dynamic, regulated setting.

• Ability to navigate from macro to micro perspectives: maintaining a strategic overview while remaining engaged with the details necessary for sound product decisions.

• A capable and calculated risk-taker; you confidently make bold product decisions, act swiftly when the signs indicate, and view setbacks as opportunities for learning rather than reasons to decelerate.

• Strong technical proficiency; comfortable with system architecture, knowledgeable in Web3 and on-chain fundamentals, able to read and engage with code, and do not solely rely on engineering for complex technical challenges.
