This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy for the ActiveProspect platform.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, fellow product managers, customers, design teams, engineering, and go-to-market groups to pinpoint high-impact opportunities, establish a clear product direction, and deliver solutions that enhance measurable business value.
• Take ownership of and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of lead buyers and sellers by regularly engaging with customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Define and manage the core business metrics for your product area, which include lead volume, quality, conversion, yield, and ROI.
• Facilitate high-quality and predictable delivery in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Work across functions with engineering, marketing, client success, sales, and finance to reach shared objectives.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS, Marketing Tech, or Lead Management setting.
• Proven track record of executing product launches that have a direct impact on business results.
• Extensive experience in building and optimizing web-based applications with intricate UI workflows, ensuring user experiences are intuitive and high-performing.
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end ownership, including roadmap management, defining metrics, and focusing on ROI.
• Strong customer empathy along with experience in conducting customer research and validation.
• Proven ability to assess opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and construct business cases for investment.
• Practical experience in defining and implementing GTM strategies, including launch plans, pricing, packaging, and adoption.
• Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in working with financial models, performance dashboards, and experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across different teams and levels.
• Familiarity with lead management, distribution, or marketing automation is an advantage.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Claude Design is beneficial.
