This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take complete ownership of a key product area (e.g. Accounts Receivable) — overseeing everything from strategy to delivery and commercial results.
• Establish a product vision and roadmap based on profound customer insights and first-principles reasoning.
• Propel urgency and business impact, maintaining a clear focus on product-market fit and revenue generation.
• Set the strategic direction, prioritize effectively, and uphold high standards in all aspects of your work.
• Operate with a co-founder mentality: take initiative, resolve obstacles independently, and ensure accountability for outcomes, regardless of job specifications.
• Develop sales processes and go-to-market strategies for your product area from the ground up.
• Engage directly with senior enterprise stakeholders — lead meetings, articulate the narrative, and ensure follow-through.
• Navigate ambiguity and complexity, transforming challenging problems into clear, actionable steps.
• Serve as the central connection point for engineering, design, go-to-market, customer success, and external domain experts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to determine what to build and why, functioning without the need for supervision.
• Infuse structure, focus, and speed into a cross-functional team working on innovative projects.
• Foster alignment and enthusiasm throughout the organization regarding your product area.
• Delve deeply into customer challenges: reveal insights, question assumptions, and keep the customer at the forefront of every decision.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and domain experts who can enhance your perspective.
• Convert complex workflow challenges into elegant, scalable product solutions.
• A true builder mentality — demonstrating high ownership, relentless follow-through, and a proven history of creating initiatives from scratch.
• Strong product fundamentals: proficient in uncovering customer insights, translating them into strategic actions, and delivering products that users engage with.

• B2B expertise: comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders — capable of leading senior meetings, crafting narratives, and commanding attention in the room.
• Demonstrated experience in zero-to-one projects — whether starting your own company, developing a product area early in a high-growth startup, or launching new initiatives within a larger organization.
• A STEM degree (or equivalent intellectual capability evidenced through your work experience).
