Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and convert them into precise product requirements.

• Establish and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer demands.

• Collaborate closely with the development team to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

• Convey the product vision and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor and assess product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to improve the product.

• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

• Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries and issues related to the product.

• Continuously collect feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in related positions (Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, Business Analyst).

• Experience with mobile applications or digital products is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders from various backgrounds.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

• Proven capability to define and prioritize product features based on business and customer needs.

• Experience in creating detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Proficient in using Claude as an AI tool for enhanced efficiency.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.

• Fluent in English.
