Senior Product Manager, KYC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a global team to design and develop a platform that delivers top-notch KYC services that comply with regulations while providing an exceptional user experience and maximizing KYC conversion rates.

• Develop and review the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to facilitate easy tracking within the project team.

• Ensure timely execution of the project to meet established deadlines.

• Engage with Engineers, Designers, and internal stakeholders such as Compliance and Risk to prioritize KYC flows that deliver the highest value.

• Monitor and analyze key user metrics to identify issues and drive ongoing improvements.

• Continuously refine workflow design to create an intuitive platform that optimizes conversion rates in targeted markets.

• Assist Regional and Global Heads while collaborating with various stakeholders to coordinate product implementation.

• Clearly communicate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain sectors.

• Strong familiarity with KYC processes is a significant plus.

• Proficient in product lifecycle management, ideally within an agile framework.

• Outstanding time-management and organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Logical thinker skilled at identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in a dynamic, cross-functional, and results-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
