• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs by collaborating with clients and internal experts to drive adoption and ensure measurable value from unstructured data discovery and governance. Transform customer insights into actionable product roadmaps that proactively identify risk exposure and deliver automated, audit-ready information governance.
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap by defining and communicating the strategic direction for managing and extracting actionable insights from dark data, sensitive information, and effective records retention practices within our Insight DXP platform. Recognize market opportunities, analyze the market landscape, and promote innovation through AI-powered intelligence and automation.
• Ensure rapid execution and innovation by creating detailed requirements, defining features, prioritizing needs, and removing obstacles during the product development lifecycle to provide successful platform experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Foster cross-functional alignment by collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant, and impactful product capabilities. Work alongside other product management teams to ensure a cohesive end-to-end customer experience.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert by leading customer discussions and engagements to validate value and gather feedback, as well as supporting pre-sales and sales efforts.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and outcome tracking by utilizing data and advanced analytics tools to inform business decisions and monitor results.
• 5-8 years of experience in a product management role for a SaaS solution with global/international exposure.
• Experience in developing AI and content-oriented applications is highly sought after.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in converting data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Data Privacy & Protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), eDiscovery, or Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools is highly preferred.
• Background in Analytics/BI; Data Visualization, Machine Learning, NLP, and Intelligent Process Automation is a plus.
• A passion for creating functional and engaging customer experiences.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer-centered innovation and a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience with Agile SDLC and related tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance personal and team-wide product management effectiveness, including accelerated insight generation, rapid prototyping, and automated backlog management.
• Capability to quickly develop domain knowledge and customer expertise.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including presentations), along with strong listening and interpretation abilities; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Results-driven with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering or Marketing preferred); MBA is highly desirable.
• Travel Requirements: 20% including international travel.
