Senior Product Manager – In-Store Tasks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of data collection processes — from how shoppers receive and execute tasks in-store, to efficiently gathering data for inventory and store layouts, while continuously monitoring and optimizing as we grow.

• Develop a thorough understanding of shopper workflows and operational challenges to create tools that enhance scanning accuracy, speed, and overall shopper satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with retail partners to ensure our tools seamlessly integrate into their in-store settings.

• Work alongside enterprise sales and retailer success teams to facilitate partner onboarding, promote the adoption of new features, and contribute to shopper, customer, and retailer NPS and retention rates.

• Define platform solutions that can scale across various retailer sizes and store formats.

• Represent the in-store task roadmap to internal stakeholders and, when applicable, to external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in operationally complex physical settings.

• You have successfully built products from inception to completion and understand how to drive initiatives from early concept through to large-scale delivery.

• You possess strong data literacy and are comfortable navigating uncertainty with analytical precision, using data to prioritize effectively and make informed trade-offs.

• You convey complex ideas with clarity and have the ability to influence — rallying cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around common objectives without direct authority.

• You have a deep understanding of both shopper and retailer experiences, and you hold yourself accountable for achieving meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.

• You operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments while upholding high standards.
