Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and establish a comprehensive strategy for identity and account management, encompassing user requirements, prioritization of features, roadmap development, launch processes, and user adoption.

• Enhance secure and seamless entry points for account creation, improving conversion rates, reducing onboarding challenges, and facilitating quick access to initial resources through collaboration.

• Drive the advancement of essential IAM features such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, fine-grained authorization, and service/workload identity.

• Create detailed business analysis and financial models to back business cases and inform long-term product strategies.

• Establish yourself as a trusted authority on industry trends and market dynamics pertinent to direct and related markets for assigned product lines.

• Ensure effective collaboration among engineering, architecture, operations, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely and scalable product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management or product development within cloud, platform, or security domains, or equivalent experience.

• Proven knowledge of IAM concepts (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), advanced authorization systems (RBAC/ABAC), and multi-tenant cloud architectures.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional projects and influence various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with enterprise identity ecosystems, compliance frameworks, and contemporary security principles is essential.

• Ability to comprehend, articulate, and convey the value of highly technical cloud products effectively.

• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of collaborating with technology partners.
