Senior Product Manager, Identity and Access Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and establish the complete strategy for identity and account management, encompassing user requirements, feature prioritization, roadmap creation, launch activities, and fostering adoption.

• Enhance secure and seamless entry points for account creation, aiming to boost conversion rates, reduce onboarding barriers, and accelerate access to initial resources in a collaborative manner.

• Drive the advancement of core Identity and Access Management (IAM) functionalities such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, precise authorization, and service/workload identity management.

• Create thorough business analysis and financial models to support business proposals and strategic product planning for the long term.

• Establish yourself as the go-to expert on industry trends and market dynamics pertinent to both direct and related markets for the designated product lines.

• Ensure effective collaboration among engineering, architecture, operations, and supply chain teams to facilitate timely and scalable product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in product management and product development, particularly within cloud, platform, or security domains, or equivalent experience.

• Proven expertise in IAM concepts (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), advanced authorization systems (RBAC/ABAC), and multi-tenant cloud architectures.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively influence stakeholders.

• Familiarity with enterprise identity ecosystems, compliance frameworks, and contemporary security principles.

• Ability to comprehend, articulate, and convey the value of highly technical cloud products.

• Strong relationship-building skills and experience collaborating with technology partners.
