Senior Product Manager, Health Tracking – Planning

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team, integrating labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient's long-term objectives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs related to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement serving as the key focus.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to investigate, validate, and enhance how patients understand and respond to their health data.

• Work closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and implement enhancements in how health data is presented and utilized for planning.

• Collaborate with our AI team on personalization initiatives, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretations of patient health data.

• Evaluate the success of launched features and create data-informed solutions for enhancements.

• Over 5 years of product management experience in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proven experience in developing data-driven consumer applications, transforming complex information into clear, actionable next steps.

• Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to inform product decisions and assess success.

• Self-motivated individual who actively identifies opportunities to enhance the product and user experience.

• Experience managing intricate cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, clinical, and data teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
