• Define the patient journey at Imagine Pediatrics from entry to engagement.
• Manage the systems and processes that facilitate new market introductions.
• Ensure that newly eligible patients are properly identified, directed, and assisted.
• Create and refine the overall experience from eligibility verification to the initial clinical interaction.
• Collaborate with Outreach (call center) teams to enhance conversion rates, efficiency, and overall experience.
• Identify and mitigate friction points throughout the funnel to decrease customer acquisition costs (CAC).
• Gain a thorough understanding of and document workflows related to health plan data ingestion and outreach operations.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle utilizing a build–measure–learn methodology.
• Conduct discovery sessions with operations, clinical teams, and leadership to identify constraints and opportunities.
• Work closely with operations, outreach leadership, clinical teams, engineering, and data analytics.
• Align stakeholders across go-to-market strategies, care delivery, and product development.
• Enhance enrollment conversion rates while minimizing operational inefficiencies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the healthcare, growth, or operational sectors.
• Proven experience managing products that enhance conversion, onboarding, or top-of-funnel engagement.
• Strong capability to map and simplify intricate workflows across various teams and systems.
• A successful history of driving cross-functional execution involving product, engineering, and operations.
• Comfort in collaborating closely with operational teams such as call centers, outreach, or care coordination.
• Experience in defining and refining metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, time to value, or engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus points for experience with: Health plan integrations, eligibility systems, or payer-driven workflows; Care management platforms or clinical operations; Medicaid populations or value-based care models; Developing tools for non-technical operational users.
