Senior Product Manager – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will take on the responsibility of developing and enhancing financial products that aid restaurants in managing their operations.

• This position has a direct influence on the financial wellbeing of the restaurants we support, focusing on streamlining tasks such as bank reconciliation, importing bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, cash flow, and more.

• Our aim is to simplify financial processes and provide clearer insights for everyday decision-making.

• You will have the ability to align business strategy with the development of solutions that create value for the end customer and yield results for the company.

• Define, prioritize, and communicate product goals by analyzing market trends and understanding customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

• Ensure the execution of the roadmap with an emphasis on the continual delivery of value.

• Conduct research, data analysis, and interviews to gain in-depth insights into product stakeholders, identify customer pain points, and run experiments to discover the most effective solutions (Product Discovery).

• Keep an eye on market trends to spot new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define, prioritize, and monitor product development, ensuring a steady delivery of value.

• Track KPIs and product initiative metrics to guarantee the attainment of expected business outcomes.

• Lead the introduction of new features and products, ensuring that internal teams and customers are well-prepared to adopt and gain value from the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and tracking outcome-oriented product metrics (such as adoption, engagement, activation, or retention).

• Background in products that focus on financial or accounting workflows (e.g., bank reconciliation, cash flow, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable), as well as familiarity with integrations like open finance, financial APIs, and BaaS.

• Experience with product discovery processes and continuous delivery methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills necessary for working with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the capability to work in short cycles with continuous value delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of experience working with digital products.
