Senior Product Manager, Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage deeply with paying customers, administrators, and end users to thoroughly understand their requirements, workflows, and pain points.

• Rapidly develop prototypes.

• Leverage AI as a daily enhancement tool.

• Create clear specifications and make difficult trade-offs.

• Assess the effectiveness of solutions.

• Foster alignment across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS product management.

• High level of agency and strong sense of ownership.

• Proven history of driving revenue growth.

• Strong product judgment.

• Innovative problem solver.

• Empathy for customers.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Excellence in execution.

• Technical proficiency.

• Experience as an AI-native builder.
