• Engage deeply with paying customers, administrators, and end users to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, workflows, and challenges.

• Rapidly prototype solutions.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS product management.

• High level of agency and strong sense of ownership.

• Proven track record of generating revenue.
