Senior Product Manager, Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage deeply with paying customers, administrators, and end users to gain a thorough understanding of their needs, workflows, and challenges.

• Rapidly prototype solutions.

• Leverage AI as a daily productivity enhancer.

• Craft precise specifications and make difficult trade-offs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.

• Foster collaboration across Free-to-Paid, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders.

• Over 4 years of demonstrated experience in SaaS product management.

• High level of agency and strong sense of ownership.

• Proven track record of generating revenue.

• Strong product judgment.

• Innovative problem solver.

• Empathy for customers.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Commitment to execution excellence.

• Technical proficiency.

• Builder with a focus on AI advancements.
