This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Curation Pipeline team.
β’ Spearhead the modernization of healthcare data pipelines that convert and refine raw claims, prescription, and EHR data into standardized enterprise datasets.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, scalability, usability, speed, and readiness for downstream products.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp business requirements and translate them into product priorities and roadmap decisions.
β’ Own and oversee the team backlog, ensuring the prioritization of high-impact initiatives, technical enablers, defects, and enhancements is clear.
β’ Act as the main product liaison for engineering, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Establish acceptance criteria and engage in user acceptance testing and release validation.
β’ Work closely with software developers, data engineers, architects, QA, analytics teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Lead Agile product processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning input, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with internal business stakeholders, product teams, and data consumers across the organization.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive product management experience, with substantial expertise in data products, platform products, or healthcare technology.
β’ Extensive experience working with healthcare data, including claims, prescription data, and/or electronic health records.
β’ Proven track record of defining strategy and delivering products in complex, data-intensive environments.
β’ Strong capability to translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into clear product specifications and prioritized backlogs.
β’ Experience collaborating closely with Agile software development and/or data engineering teams.
β’ Proficient in Jira or other product and Agile project management tools.
β’ Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
β’ Capacity to operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
