Senior Product Manager, Data Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary product owner for business solutions, possessing a deep understanding of the product, business, and competitive landscape.

• Oversee the complete product life cycle from the conceptualization phase through to prototyping and testing.

• Generate features and user stories driven by consumer insights, research, business objectives, and Customer Experience requirements.

• Formulate strategies to market and promote new products to both consumers and clients.

• Establish testing protocols for onsite, monthly, and quarterly evaluations, including thorough documentation reviews.

• Collaborate with business teams and key stakeholders to shape product vision, pinpoint business value, articulate use cases and capabilities, and convert them into product specifications.

• Work alongside engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams within an agile development framework.

• Sanction budget resource levels, product iterations, timelines, releases, and roadmaps.

• Recruit, hire, and nurture product management teams and talent.

• Contribute to product strategy and spearhead the development and enhancement of digital products or services.

• Perform market research, design user experiences, and supervise the product development life cycle.

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience.

• Skills in execution and delivery, including planning, implementing, and supporting initiatives.

• Proficiency in business intelligence.

• Certification as a Product Manager (CPM) is preferred.

• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
