• You are responsible for ensuring that the data provided by our customers is comprehensive, dependable, and consistently beneficial for the clinical workflows, analytics, and provider-facing tools that utilize it.
• You will collaborate directly with customer data and technical teams as their primary liaison at CPH, and you will develop the integration infrastructure that allows us to scale as our customer base expands.
• You are accountable for the functionality of the data in relation to products, providers, and customers, and for identifying when it falls short.
• Claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider alignment, and clinical data should be tailored for effectiveness in every market we serve. You are responsible for that outcome throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing data health management.
• You engage directly with customer data and technical teams, driving implementation, addressing quality concerns, and fostering the kind of trust that stems from deep technical involvement. You balance hands-on collaboration with standardized approaches that are effective across the customer base.
• Every integration you oversee should expedite future integrations. You will create playbooks, establish standard data expectations, develop reusable patterns, and implement monitoring frameworks that render onboarding predictable and scalable, utilizing AI to automate validation and minimize manual effort as the customer base grows.
• You will manage multiple customer integrations simultaneously, making prioritization decisions and sustaining momentum across an expanding portfolio.
• You will closely collaborate with data management, engineering, analytics, and clinical product teams to bridge the gap between incoming data and its utility in workflows that rely on it.
• You will leverage AI to enhance all processes, from data investigation to quality issue triaging. You will develop AI-first repeatable patterns that are scalable to an increasing number of customers and data sources.
• You possess 6-8+ years of product management experience with a focus on outcomes in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations.
• You have a profound understanding of healthcare data, including claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, and medical records, along with insights into their operational behaviors and common shortcomings.
• You have experience engaging directly with enterprise customers or partners regarding data delivery, quality assurance, and technical coordination.
• You have experience in health-tech involving payer, provider, or value-based care data operations.
• You have successfully managed multiple concurrent integration initiatives and can maintain progress across a growing portfolio.
• You build infrastructure designed for scalability, thinking in terms of patterns and systems.
• You regard AI as integral to data operations rather than optional, and you have utilized it to investigate, validate, and scale tasks that would otherwise necessitate manual effort.
• You thrive within an empowered product organization and can effectively drive a roadmap with minimal guidance.
