Senior Product Manager, Customer Integrations

Posted 12 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for ensuring that the data provided by our customers is comprehensive, trustworthy, and consistently beneficial for the clinical workflows, analytics, and provider-facing tools developed around it.

• You will serve as the main liaison between customer data and technical teams at CPH, creating the integration infrastructure that allows us to scale as our customer base expands.

• You are accountable for the functionality of the data for products, providers, and customers, as well as for identifying when it fails to meet expectations.

• Claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider alignment, and clinical data must be suitable for each market in which we operate. You are responsible for ensuring this outcome throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing data quality.

• You will collaborate closely with customer data and technical teams, driving execution, addressing quality concerns, and fostering trust through in-depth technical engagement. You balance hands-on collaboration with standardized processes that are effective across the customer base.

• Every integration you oversee should facilitate the speed of subsequent ones. You will develop playbooks, establish standard data expectations, create reusable patterns, and implement monitoring frameworks that make onboarding predictable and scalable, utilizing AI to automate validation and minimize manual efforts as our customer base grows.

• You will manage multiple customer integrations simultaneously, making prioritization decisions and sustaining momentum across an expanding portfolio.

• You will closely collaborate with data management, engineering, analytics, and clinical product teams to bridge the gap between incoming data and its utility for the dependent workflows.

• You will harness AI to streamline processes, from investigating data to addressing quality issues. You will create AI-first repeatable patterns that can scale to accommodate a growing number of customers and data sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 6-8+ years of product management experience, specifically overseeing outcomes in healthcare data, integration platforms, or clinical data operations.

• You have a thorough understanding of healthcare data, including claims, pharmacy, labs, enrollment, provider networks, and medical records, and you comprehend how these sources operate and where they often encounter challenges.

• You have experience working directly with enterprise customers or partners regarding data delivery, quality assurance, and technical coordination.

• You have experience in health-tech that involves payer, provider, or value-based care data operations.

• You have successfully managed multiple concurrent integration projects and can keep a growing portfolio advancing smoothly.

• You build scalable infrastructure and think in terms of patterns and systems.

• You regard AI as vital to data operations, not merely optional, and you have experience employing it to investigate, validate, and scale tasks that would typically necessitate manual intervention.

• You thrive in an empowered product organization and are capable of steering a roadmap with minimal guidance.
