• Collaborate with product leadership to establish and implement the compliance product strategy and roadmap.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to introduce new features that respond to changing regulatory and customer demands. Lead customer discovery initiatives to gain insights into compliance workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, translating these insights into actionable product priorities.
• Manage product lifecycle tasks from problem identification through launch, including defining requirements, refining the backlog, and conducting acceptance testing. Assist in analyst engagements, sales enablement, and customer success by effectively communicating product vision, value, and roadmap direction.
• Serve as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are user-friendly, compliant, and deliver significant business impact.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms, metrics, and iterative delivery of products.
• Encourage the adoption of AI throughout the product development cycle, utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Replit, and Loveable to quickly prototype ideas, validate concepts, and expedite time-to-value.
• Investigate and establish agentic capabilities within the compliance sector, focusing on opportunities to automate workflows, aid in regulatory interpretation, and boost user productivity through AI-enhanced experiences.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS, enterprise software, or GRC-related sectors (Audit, Risk, Compliance, or similar areas).
• Strong understanding of the compliance landscape, with experience in developing products that meet requirements from regulators such as NIST, FDIC, CFPB, FERC, SEC, OCC, FINRA, and state or industry-specific regulatory bodies.
• Solid grasp of B2B SaaS business models and customer-centric product development.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Proven capability to convert regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable product functionalities.
• Demonstrated track record of utilizing AI tools to improve product development, including rapid prototyping, research, and customer validation.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI-assisted workflows (e.g., using tools such as Claude Code or Replit) to swiftly test concepts, create prototypes, and iterate on solutions.
• Strong interest in or experience with agentic systems and AI-driven product experiences, especially in automating intricate workflows or decision-making processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across various levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform strategy.
