This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Influence the evolution of ultrasound by creating straightforward, impactful clinical workflows and evidence-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, R&D, Data Science, Engineering, and Commercial teams to pinpoint unmet clinical needs, articulate product requirements, and produce clinical evidence.
• Design guided, point-of-care workflows that empower clinicians with limited ultrasound training to address specific clinical queries.
• Spearhead Voice of Customer initiatives through customer interviews, workflow observations, and site visits.
• Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with clinicians, healthcare organizations, researchers, and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to create innovative workflow and AI-driven solutions.
• Identify prospects for AI-enhanced workflow optimization, automation, and clinical decision support.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of clinical validation studies.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, clinical product development, or a closely related field within healthcare, medical devices, or digital health.
• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows in primary care, MSK, emergency, or similar point-of-care environments, gained through direct experience or close collaboration with clinicians.
• Proven ability to collect customer insights and translate them into clear product strategy.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence across technical, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional setting with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Clinical training or credentials (medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or related field) are preferred.
• Practical experience with ultrasound or imaging workflows in POCUS, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, or MSK environments is preferred.
• Experience in designing and conducting clinical validation studies, pilot programs, or evidence generation initiatives is preferred.
• Background in working with teams that develop AI, clinical decision support, or digital health solutions is an asset.
• Experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, or clinical research programs is an asset.
