This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for the Clinical Quality & Safety pod with a clear objective: enhance the effectiveness of Foodsmart's RD workforce, elevate the quality of care delivery, and establish a safety infrastructure that enables the clinical model to scale.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations to gain a deep understanding of RD workflows, pinpoint friction points, and convert them into prioritized product enhancements.
• Work in partnership with Engineering and Data to define, develop, and refine AI-assisted clinical tools.
• Establish and monitor quality and efficiency metrics, including session completion rates, RD time-on-task, documentation accuracy, and other indicators of clinical operational health.
• Oversee the product aspect of Foodsmart's clinical safety framework, including the guardrails, escalation pathways, and quality checks integrated into the platform that safeguard members and support clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership and Compliance to convert regulatory requirements and clinical standards into scalable product functionalities.
• Create and maintain feedback loops that bring safety signals from care delivery into the product roadmap, ensuring that issues are identified, addressed, and prevented systematically.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to develop instrumentation and measurement frameworks that track clinical quality outcomes throughout the member journey.
• Work together with adjacent pods to ensure that clinical quality considerations are integrated into new member and client experiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably with experience in internal tooling, clinical operations, or workflow-oriented products.
• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish with significant autonomy — from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Comfort in working on AI-assisted features or workflow automation — while you don't need to be an ML engineer, it's essential to be a thoughtful product owner in this domain.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of using data to inform product decisions and measure clinical or operational outcomes.
