Senior Product Manager, Clinical Optimization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for clinical optimization features related to scheduling, provider availability, workforce optimization, and EMR-enabled workflows.

• Recognize and prioritize significant opportunities to enhance provider capacity, care team efficiency, member access, and overall operational performance.

• Lead the 0→1 product discovery and implementation of new capabilities that can be scaled across various clinical specialties for different types of providers (W2s and 1099s).

• Convert intricate clinical and operational workflows into straightforward product requirements, success metrics, and scalable platform functionalities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical operations, informatics, data, analytics, and business stakeholders to transition from problem identification to product launch and iterative improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, enterprise SaaS, platform products, or regulated settings.

• Proven experience in developing or scaling products that facilitate complex workflows across various platforms, including scheduling, provider operations, care delivery, workforce optimization, capacity management, or operational efficiency.

• A background in healthcare, digital health, EMR/EHR platforms, provider workflows, or clinical operations.

• Proficient in API-based integrations, platform interoperability, cross-system workflows, and discussions surrounding technical tradeoffs.

• Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools, automation, analytics, or workflow technologies to enhance product execution, operational efficiency, decision-making, or user workflows.
