Senior Product Manager, Client Configuration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct cross-functional and cross-enterprise teams in crafting and implementing the Client Configuration roadmap.

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client Configuration.

• Manage end-to-end release readiness for Client Configuration features delivered through multi-phase project launches.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to establish cutover strategies and rollback procedures.

• Proactively identify and oversee cross-platform dependencies between legacy systems and emerging capabilities.

• Continuously assess market trends, client feedback, and operational insights to uncover opportunities for product improvements and efficiency advancements.

• Oversee backlog prioritization, and write clear requirements and user stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Product Management experience in an enterprise or B2B setting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage products that involve multiple systems and operational teams.

• In-depth knowledge of data, analytics, and enterprise platforms.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-phase releases with real operational impact.

• Extensive experience in backlog management, requirements definition, and translating ambiguous needs into clear, actionable user stories and workflows.

• Capacity to function effectively amidst ambiguity, proactively identify gaps, and drive initiatives forward with minimal guidance.

• Strong skills in systems thinking and dependency management.
