📋 Description

• Take ownership of our Catalog/Listings product and shape the long-term vision for the leading eCommerce platform globally, utilizing AI-first approaches to enhance discovery, decision-making, and delivery.

• Integrate qualitative inputs—such as client interviews, support tickets, and survey feedback—using AI tools to uncover themes, identify opportunity areas, and prioritize elements that shape product strategy.

• Define, document, and maintain AI evaluation datasets and criteria to assess model performance (e.g., accuracy, hallucination rates, tone).

• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, streamline team operations, and align client requirements with organizational objectives.

• Manage and drive the roadmap prioritization for your product area, making independent decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and trade-offs while incorporating AI-assisted insights and data analysis.

• Utilize AI tools to prototype and validate product concepts and workflows (e.g., user flows, wireframe descriptions, low-fidelity mocks) to mitigate risks before committing to engineering resources.

• Oversee the complete product development and execution process from concept to launch (e.g., PRDs, prioritization, client discussions, testing & QA, change management, client adoption/engagement, etc.), ensuring accountability for high-quality and timely deliveries with your cross-functional team.

• Employ AI to streamline product documentation processes (PRDs, one-pagers, release notes) while exercising sound editorial judgment to maintain product quality and clarity.

• Monitor development progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and assist in managing product release cycles. Support product testing and validation to guarantee high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.

• Act as the advocate and voice of our clients; triage incoming requests with a sense of urgency and follow-through, building relationships based on trust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated product management experience in the B2B SaaS sector with a complex enterprise-level product, ideally in eCommerce.

• Experience in developing products that facilitate brands and sellers in successfully onboarding product catalogs, including tools for feed submission, validation feedback, and error resolution that minimize friction and time-to-live for new listings.

• Proven track record in defining and monitoring catalog health metrics, such as attribute completeness, image quality scores, and indexing latency, using data to prioritize roadmap investments that enhance catalog quality at scale.

• Background as a Product Manager working with AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms.

• Practical experience in writing evaluations for AI/ML systems (e.g., RAG systems, agents, LLMs).

• Strong expertise in the entire product development lifecycle, including setting goals for your products, measuring outcomes, and quantifying the impact of features on the business.

• Experience in driving strategy and execution for complex, integrated software ecosystems, particularly in unifying multiple platforms.

• Demonstrated involvement in team-based projects, focused on aligning with project goals and contributing to technical teams.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to synthesize qualitative research (e.g., client interviews, support tickets, survey feedback) into structured themes, opportunity areas, and prioritization inputs.

• Experience in prototyping product concepts or workflows using AI tools (e.g., generating wireframe descriptions, user flows, or low-fidelity mockups via AI) to validate ideas before engineering investment.

• Proven ability to leverage AI in expediting documentation workflows (PRDs, release notes, one-pagers, etc.) while ensuring high quality and appropriate editorial judgment.

• Comfort with AI-assisted tools for data exploration and analysis (e.g., natural language querying of datasets, AI-generated chart interpretation, or anomaly identification) to facilitate quicker, evidence-based decisions.

• Strong capability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders for successful project delivery.

• Proficient in presenting product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Analytically oriented with a strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and experience with product analytics tools.
