Senior Product Manager – Build Auto Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and execution for CoLab’s AutoReview features.

• Collaborate extensively with AI/ML Teams, Engineering, and Design to outline and deliver intelligent workflow solutions.

• Identify valuable opportunities for automation and AI-supported decision-making in engineering reviews.

• Conduct thorough customer research to pinpoint workflow challenges, trust issues, and adoption trends.

• Establish product requirements and make prioritization decisions considering UX, technical feasibility, and business impact.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to assess product effectiveness and customer outcomes.

• Contribute to shaping CoLab’s long-term AI product strategy.

• Work cross-functionally with GTM teams to facilitate launches, positioning, and customer adoption.

• Foster clarity and progress in highly uncertain problem areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management for B2B SaaS products.

• Proven experience in developing AI-enabled, workflow automation, or recommendation-driven products is essential.

• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered enterprise products.

• Strong product judgment and systems thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience collaborating closely with highly technical Engineering teams.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear customer value.
