This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with the product during all phases of its life cycle, including conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities.
• Collect data on prospective product ideas and assess their financial and market viability.
• Collaborate with product development teams to innovate new products and enhance existing offerings.
• Ensure the accomplishment of strategic revenue targets for the product.
• Take an active role in product planning and design to guarantee differentiation from competitors.
• Work closely with training, sales, customer support, and product support teams for effective product positioning, demo design, and training course development.
• Identify market needs and opportunities to improve Invoice and Bill Payment products and create actionable plans to leverage these opportunities.
• Stay connected with customers to ensure the merchant and partner experience evolves according to market demands and the company's revenue and profitability objectives.
• Manage and report on key metrics related to initiatives associated with the Merchant and Partner Onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to establish our strategic go-to-market approach and roadmaps.
• Partner with R&D and Operations teams through the Epic intake processes to develop operationally sound products and ensure their availability.
• Collaborate with R&D and developers to enhance and evolve Invoice and Bill Payment products in alignment with the overall product roadmap and vision.
• Lead and mentor a small team, which includes Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of B2B2C product management experience, including responsibility for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and delivery in a cross-functional setting.
• Proven success in influencing senior stakeholders, making data-informed trade-offs, and over 3 years of leading/coaching other Product Managers.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication; capable of synthesizing complex topics and driving decisions across diverse audiences.
• Exceptional product craftsmanship: roadmap prioritization, requirement definition, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive lifecycle ownership.
• Practical experience with Design Thinking, Lean product management, and experimentation methods (e.g., hypothesis-driven development, MVPs, A/B tests).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining high quality.
• Proficient in analytical and data-informed decision making; skilled in defining KPIs, interpreting insights, and measuring product outcomes.
• Previous experience writing SQL queries and managing Power BI reports and dashboards from end to end.
• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English in a professional business context.
