• Assist in market research and voice of customer initiatives to pinpoint emerging trends, evolving client requirements, and competitive dynamics that guide product direction.
• Integrate insights from internal stakeholders, desktop research, and internal data sources to develop insights that shape the short- and mid-term (1–3 year) product strategy and roadmap priorities, ensuring the ongoing relevance and differentiation of FICO’s B2B Scores credit offerings.
• Collaborate with key data and technology partners to enhance and support product offerings.
• Facilitate external engagements, including industry events, partner/client meetings, and training sessions; responsibilities will encompass co-developing and delivering training programs and supporting the creation of materials for speaking opportunities.
• Work alongside analytics, software, and cross-functional teams to define and implement the product roadmap and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
• Create business and technical requirements documents, including detailed use cases and user personas, to direct development and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance experts to ensure product designs comply with relevant regulations; lead established compliance processes and deliver required documentation in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Established expertise and understanding of financial services, credit bureau, and/or alternative data ecosystems.
• Extensive experience in B2B product management demonstrated by a successful history of delivering impactful solutions and assuming increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain high quality and accuracy in deliverables.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, including the capability to engage diverse audiences (e.g., Sales, Software, Analytics, Leadership) and articulate complex concepts.
• Intellectually curious, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborative and low-ego attitude, fostering robust relationships across teams and functions to achieve objectives.
