This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the creation and management of a cohesive, strategic product roadmap in collaboration with team members and business stakeholders.
• Analyze and provide product recommendations, guided by data and industry best practices, to propel business growth – consistently staying ahead of the curve.
• Utilize data from analytics tools to inform future UX enhancements (including Google Analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, surveys, etc).
• Cultivate and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with business partners.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for business stakeholders through regular interactions, sprint demonstrations, and other engagements.
• Lead and develop the digital product management team along with the associated digital products.
• Collaborate with and mentor the team to create user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and other essential documentation.
• Establish strategy and guide the team to fulfill the product vision in alignment with overarching business objectives to achieve key performance indicators.
• Proactively assess the market to ensure the product(s) maintain a competitive edge.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Trulieve's customer and patient personas to ensure an optimal user experience in collaboration with UI/UX.
• Engage in stand-ups, planning meetings, demos, and retrospectives with your team.
• Prioritize tasks and provide high-level requirements for product execution teams.
• Collaborate with delivery management and vendors to develop effective and strategic release plans.
• Work with internal teams to implement the product roadmap, including UX, engineering, QA, analytics, legal, business units, marketing, and others.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management or a related field within a digital environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Previous experience in a management role.
• Proficient communicator with the ability to navigate a matrixed environment effectively.
• Proven history of achieving quantifiable targets with a strong goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong executive presence accompanied by effective presentation skills.
• Must successfully pass a level 2 background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A curious mindset with an eagerness to learn.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
• At least one year of experience developing and analyzing e-commerce user journey A/B tests is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer advocacy and customer experience (CX).
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is required.
