Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for eTIMS.

• Align the product strategy with corporate objectives and market dynamics.

• Identify avenues for innovation and distinctiveness in the curbside management sector.

• Convert customer and market demands into well-defined product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on their business impact and customer value.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.

• Serve as the customer advocate, using industry knowledge to inform product decisions.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy.

• Engage with key customers and stakeholders to collect feedback and validate solutions.

• Assist sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise for demos, RFPs, and proposals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in parking, curbside management, or municipal operations.

• Ability to translate intricate operational needs into user-centric product solutions.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence others without direct authority.

• An analytical mindset with a background in using data to inform decisions.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

• Adequate technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Pendo, Figma, etc. is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite meetings, conferences, and customer visits.
