• You dedicate significant time to thoroughly understand our users and their challenges. This involves conducting interviews, performing user research, and leveraging our data platform to generate well-grounded insights.
• Utilizing these insights and in alignment with company objectives, you independently establish your OKRs and roadmaps to maximize the impact on user issues and business goals.
• You collaborate closely with a dedicated product designer and a product-centric engineering team.
• We prioritize small, swift steps over prolonged perfection: an MVP mindset is central to our philosophy. You actively engage in the implementation process and iteratively refine solutions.
• For us, the focus is not on creating features for their own sake, but on collaboratively addressing genuine problems.
• Proficiency in German is essential.
• Familiarity with the German accounting and finance landscape is a significant advantage.
• Strong product intuition and exceptional user research capabilities.
• Ability to develop clear insights about user needs from various sources.
• Structured and persuasive communication skills—both internally and with users and stakeholders.
• Capability to analyze complex issues, simplify them, and break them down into actionable steps.
• A proactive mindset and readiness to assist beyond conventional product boundaries (e.g., educational content or enablement).
• Experience in product management at a scale-up or larger tech organization—preferably within a strong product culture.
• Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, as long as your contract permits it.
