This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take charge of product strategy and roadmap focused on AI-driven features, workflow automation, data insights, integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to conceptualize, test, and implement AI-enabled functionalities, including copilots, assistants, agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent workflows.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows relating to screening, compliance operations, document management, monitoring, business-system integrations, and regulated operational contexts.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workflow analyses, competitive evaluations, and market assessments.
• Work alongside engineering, security, compliance, legal, and operations teams to mitigate risks associated with sensitive data, personally identifiable information (PII), bias, explainability, auditability, and human oversight.
• Over 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, workforce technology, compliance software, transportation technology, enterprise workflow software, data products, automation solutions, or a similar field.
• 1 to 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML, generative AI, intelligent automation, conversational analytics, agentic workflows, or data-driven workflow solutions to actual users.
• Proven ownership of at least one AI-powered or agent-based feature, such as a co-pilot, assistant, intelligent automation, multi-step workflow, conversational interface, recommendation system, or AI-assisted workflow.
• Strong technical proficiency in large language models (LLMs), prompt design, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, agent frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and the trade-offs of cost, latency, quality, and safety.
• Experience in defining product strategy, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, rollout strategies, and post-launch refinements.
• Strong product judgment, including the capacity to determine when AI is suitable and when deterministic workflow automation is preferable.
• Familiarity with sensitive data handling, regulated workflows, compliance-oriented products, high-trust customer environments, or enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, data science, human-computer interaction, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
