Remotery

Senior Product Manager

Posted May 10

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take complete ownership of a product area, overseeing the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration without receiving a predefined specification.

• Launch AI-centric features, with AI Scribe currently operational and clinical decision support along with intelligent workflows on the horizon.

• Establish and maintain the UX vision for your domain, ensuring that OptiMantra excels through clarity and a guided user experience, setting high standards.

• Engage regularly with users through discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits to gather firsthand insights rather than relying on secondhand reports.

• Strategically prioritize tasks, navigating through numerous opportunities while managing limited resources, deciding what to develop, postpone, or eliminate.

• Collaborate across platforms when features intertwine OptiMantra and Cerbo, ensuring a unified approach despite differing user experiences.

• Provide mentorship to junior PMs and work alongside PMs throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 2 years at a senior level.

• Experience in EHR/EMR or healthcare software is highly encouraged, as you should have a solid grasp of clinical workflows beyond mere software processes.

• A strong sensibility for UX and UI: you critically assess designs, advocate for end users, and recognize quality standards.

• Focused on outcomes: you gauge success through impact (retention, activation, clinical efficiency) rather than merely the number of features launched.

• A strategic thinker able to link product choices to business results and confidently decline good ideas when necessary.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments within a small team, enjoying real autonomy and limited processes.

• Technically knowledgeable: you can engage effectively with engineering regarding architecture, APIs, and trade-offs.

• An articulate writer: in a remote environment that prioritizes asynchronous communication, writing is key to decision-making.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

• Paid Time Off along with company holidays.

• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.

• Short-term and long-term disability insurance.

• 401k plan with company matching contributions.

• Genuine ownership and significant impact within a rapidly expanding health tech firm.
