• Take complete ownership of a product area, overseeing the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and iteration without receiving a predefined specification.

• Establish and maintain the UX vision for your domain, ensuring that OptiMantra excels through clarity and a guided user experience, setting high standards.
• Engage regularly with users through discovery calls, usability sessions, and clinic visits to gather firsthand insights rather than relying on secondhand reports.
• Strategically prioritize tasks, navigating through numerous opportunities while managing limited resources, deciding what to develop, postpone, or eliminate.
• Collaborate across platforms when features intertwine OptiMantra and Cerbo, ensuring a unified approach despite differing user experiences.
• Provide mentorship to junior PMs and work alongside PMs throughout the organization.
• A minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Experience in EHR/EMR or healthcare software is highly encouraged, as you should have a solid grasp of clinical workflows beyond mere software processes.
• A strong sensibility for UX and UI: you critically assess designs, advocate for end users, and recognize quality standards.
• Focused on outcomes: you gauge success through impact (retention, activation, clinical efficiency) rather than merely the number of features launched.
• A strategic thinker able to link product choices to business results and confidently decline good ideas when necessary.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments within a small team, enjoying real autonomy and limited processes.
• Technically knowledgeable: you can engage effectively with engineering regarding architecture, APIs, and trade-offs.
• An articulate writer: in a remote environment that prioritizes asynchronous communication, writing is key to decision-making.
