Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and drive the evolution of a complex product system.

• Provide hands-on onboarding support for new customers.

• Assist with post-launch activities.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering to establish the technical direction.

• Lead structured execution throughout planning, delivery, and release cycles.

• Ensure the product remains resilient, scalable, and maintainable over time.

• Work in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to create cohesive platform experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with SaaS or platform-based products.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex systems or platform-level product areas.

• Strong aptitude for systems thinking.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with Engineering on technical design, trade-offs, and architecture.

• History of leading delivery efforts for large, cross-functional teams.
