• Take ownership of the roadmap for Platform features such as workspaces, collaboration, asset management, sharing, search, and the user interfaces customers interact with daily.
• Engage directly with GraphQL schemas, permission models, and system diagrams while developing a feature. Any specifications that overlook the data model will be revised by engineers.
• Make informed decisions between rapid shipping and maintaining the integrity of systems that other products rely on (Creator, Workflow, and integrations are built on top of Platform).
• Lead enterprise-level initiatives: SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logs, admin controls, and compliance—key components that secure six-figure deals.
• Communicate with customers. The DAM is a product that users engage with for extended periods; it's crucial to grasp how their teams operate.
• Establish and monitor essential metrics: activation, retention, expansion, and time-to-value for new workspaces.
• Collaborate with GTM, design, and engineering teams to ensure successful launches.
• Be the reliable source for leadership when they seek straightforward insights on feasibility, costs, and potential impacts.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS products that possess significant technical complexity.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing GraphQL schemas, RPC, REST APIs, authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, SAML), and permission models (RBAC, sharing semantics, inheritance).
• Comfortable working with various cloud providers (AWS, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases, with a preference for PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with the AI stack, including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, or similar), and RAG patterns.
• Experience in delivering collaboration or workspace features, with an understanding of the challenges involved.
• Ability to write specifications that address edge cases like permission conflicts, billing transitions, and migration paths without overlooking details.
• Strong product instincts; technical expertise is a means to an end—delivering products that customers appreciate is the ultimate goal.
• Excellent writing skills for creating specs, RFCs, launch notes, and customer communications.
• Bonus: Experience with DAM, creative tools, or design platforms; familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS at scale; proven ability to deprecate or migrate customer-facing systems without compromising trust.
• Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
• Flexible work hours and a supportive remote work environment.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Engaging company culture that values collaboration and innovation.
